This is more so if the change is a major one. As you go through your family life cycle, the changes that take place may challenge you to your core. If you like this post, please buy me a beer for $3 8-)I recently watched a video of Brian Tracy explaining the different cycles of personal growth, from the exhilarating highs of starting a new adventure, to the inevitable lows as we work our way through obstacles and challenges. However, for most of us, we seem to be in the interminable stage of personal growth that Brian referred to as plateaus. Nothing seems to be happening, and if there is something, it certainly isn’t happening fast enough.
